Why is my smoothing tool not doing anything?

I’m pretty new to nomad sculpt as i just downloaded it the other day. And everything is going good as far as i could tell EXCEPT for the smoothing.

I’ve tried remeshing with a lower and higher resolution and its still the same outcome. Still with the jagged edges and not smoothing out anything. Its not “filling it out” even on a lower resolution. Please help

Voxel merge and smooth tool - asking for help

Hi there, I am totally new in 3D sculping with no experience, but I enjoy so much to work in Nomad! I would like to ask a question about Voxel merge and also about weird polygons on my skulture. About the Voxel merge. I created three primitive spheres as eyes and nose. They look great antil I use Voxel merge, then they lose their sharpness and hight “resolution” of polygons.
