Tris not symmetrical

Hey everyone!
Not sure it’s an optimization or a bug, but the quads aren’t split according to symmetry. This makes symmetrical vertex painting difficult:

You can’t expect the internal quad split to be consistent relative to the symmetry.
Even if it was a modeling software (and it’s not), I’d still probably not do it.

Well, I normally don’t need symmetry to such an extent, but with vertex painting being quite interesting for some use cases, it would be nice. Anyway, I found a workaround:
From the symmetry menu, apply left to right or right to left. Have only tried using one axis, but I guess that’s a solution!
