More of a refinement than a feature request.
Would be nice to use a color picker instead of randomize button for color ids in Shading tab.
It’s a clunky workaround, but if you need this right now, you could create a layer, fill with the colour you want, and swap to unlit mode. You get full control, and your original base layer colours are unaffected (just turn off the layer when you’re done).
