Is it possible to be able to enter exact RGB values for the color wheels, the hex entry is so damn annoying
Nope.
You could make a color palette, import in Nomad to pick colors from it.
That’s true, didnt think about that one, but an annoying workflow when you could just have RGB values instead 
and it would save you from switching reference images.
Completely agree, having to convert RGB to Hex just for a quick color match is a massive mood killer when you’re in the zone sculpting.
Until Stéphane adds native RGB inputs, importing a custom palette works, but if you just need a quick value from an image or reference without cluttering your UI, I usually just use an online tool like https://colorpickerimage.org/ to grab the Hex code directly from my reference image on another screen or tab. It’s a bit of an extra step but definitely beats messing with manual conversions. Hopefully we get standard RGB fields soon!
