Humble opinion from a software engineer’s point of view:
It would be way, way too many wasted resources, time and money to get it on PC. The price would be very hight. It is best to focus on tablets and be the best app ever than adding yet another PC app to compete with others already stablished. Sure they are not as user friendly, however if you know Nomad the curve to learn, lets say, Zbrush (closest technic as Nomad) or Bforartists (“The” Blender friendly version), which is free, is much shorter.

The thing is, Nomad Sculpt has been working on PC for a long time already. The online demo works very well nomad - WebAssembly. Even a Wacoom graphics tablet works. All it need is unlock the save, import and export option and possibly integration with 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse and it would be great. I don’t understand why the web demo is not available for purchase.

sure - simply use an Android emulator

Android emulators are a prosthesis. It works, but it’s uncomfortable.

应该推出苹果已购买或者华为账号已购买正常在线使用,那就挺好!
It would be great if there was a feature where Apple devices could recognize purchases made on Huawei accounts for normal online use.

那样也就不用推出PC版了,Then there would be no need to launch a PC version.

Browser app also bad. There are tone features what don’t work because of hotkeys, gestures etc, also it’s not stable to work with big project, at least should be on Electron, but still chromium worse than standalone app.

或许可以像 Onshape 一个思路,挺好用的。

So your idea is to benefit Huawei users by Apple & Huawei somehow linking their app stores together so you can somehow use Nomad on a PC?
What about actual PC users? They don’t get Nomad then?
This says a lot about you & also your generation.

This is a suggestion under the premise that the author has no plans to develop a PC version. If the author is creating a PC version, then it would definitely be subject to the specific release by the author. Currently, there should be Google, Apple, and Huawei accounts. If it is launched on PC, then there would be an additional Microsoft account.

Is it that the beta version of the webpage can only be accessed on a mobile browser and not on a computer browser? Did you make any special settings for this?
@stephomi

I don’t think it’s intended to release on Microsoft store but some other PC based release platform so it can be released for both MacOS & Windows. It’s happening in the background so possibly sometime this year.

If it can be released this year, that would indeed be good news!
“I can’t wait to buy it. I can imagine it will play an even stronger role on the computer.”

@stephomi please give us some answer. Year ago you said that 2024 will be release. This year in almost end and nothing happen.
Working with my small android tablet is not convenient, and this constant jugglery with files between PC and tablet is annoying I think to buy IPad 13" for larger space and better performance but if I buy it only for this app and after it you will release the PC version then this large expense will very depress me because it will be very unecessary.
This uncertainty is killing me. So maybe you finally decide whether there will be a PC version or not.

Hi guys, I see that this issue is still present. To help, here is my experience on how to setup Nomad on Windows, along with a quick demonstration of how it works. Not real tutorial, just quick recording…
