How do you make holes or hollow objects?

Im making a BJD and I need to make the channels and hollow sections out to be able to string it together. So how exactly would I do it and what is the easiest way to do so?

I currently have cylinders going through the parts that I’m going to make a holes through.

Look up Booleans or Voxel Remeshing in the Scene section.
