Dynamic Topology problem

Hi sorry if my english is not perfect im french

I have a problem with the dynamic topology it doesn’t work like Sculptris
When I sculpt a small part and then I zoom out and sculpt a big part on the small part it erase the small part…
in Sculptris the small part stay when you sculpt on it can you add a option for not erasing the sculpting thanks !

Scroll down in Topology panel and select “Subdivision” instead of “Uniformisation”.
