Very small & benign in the UI. Cant enable/disable DT from the side bar. Stays greyed out, only enables in Topology menu.
It’s not the same thing, the button on the toolbar only disable dynamic topology for the tool, not the mesh itself.
The layer tool doesn’t support dynamic topology (I forgot why though, but there is probably a reason).
