Maybe I’ve overlooked this option but if not; I’d like to see a shortcut to clear a mask. At the moment there are quite some steps involved to clear a mask when you are using another tool; select the mask tool > click on the brush settings > click ‘clear’. It would save a lot of time doing this with a shortcut button.

I’m not in front of the tablet but it seems to me that if you hold the mask button and tap with 3 fingers it erases the mask. in any case there is a shortcut

Tap hold mask and tap empty scene with two finger 
It won’t do anything except undoing, you should just drag on the background with one finger, as the manual indicates (posted by @Holger_Schoenischka)
It’s the same shortcuts/behavior as in ZBrush.
