- Mask part of an object
- Perform a boolean operation on the masked object
- Switch to the mask tool
- Open the mask options panel

Ah thanks I can reproduce the issue, I’ll fix that.
Until then validating the primitive beforehand should fix the issue.
There are also small artefacts when voxel-merging multiple objects, I’ll see if I can improve that.
