So I had added a texture on this object (scale texture.) i first voxel remedy then subdivided. I used the opacity option as thats what i think needs to be used to add textures? Once i was able to get it masked in the right position i inflated what i needed, removed the texture and now when i try to unmask, the masked parts urn into some sort of X-ray mode, not exactly sure what’s happening at all, I’ve tried unwrapping it again I’ve tried voxel remeshing im just stuck for right now
i’m having the same issue did you ever find a fix?
Yes I did actually! I think I Voxel remeshed before I took the texture off. I don’t some tests to see what exactly happened and the only time this type of thing would happen is when I was ready to remesh for higher polygons, and more neatly organized faces, I remeshed instead of multi resing the object, which in turn also remeshed the actual texture into the object and made it opaque/see through all together.
If you need higher poly count after you add the texture so I has details when inflating or whatever you have to do, subdivide is your best friend. And once you’re done adding the details of that texture to your object, remove the texture BEFORE you remesh!!
