Warp tools. Adding anchor points to objects to edit shape

Say if I validated a tube and sculpted it. would it be possible for a quicker more efficient way to bend it without masking/gizmo edit or splitting and vm? Just insert a spline and move the points around to the desired shape. I find it easier to block out arms and legs with curves and would be great to be able to re edit then like tubes than having to split them voxel merge and re sculpt and smooth out those parts I had to separate. And not just on validated tubes but also elongated primitive and simple merged objects. But maybe that might end up having its own Set of tweaks afterwards… :thinking:
