Using app on larger display

Any recommendations for using with larger display? Such as a smart TV or PC monitor. (Emulate?) basically, I have big cumbersome hands and horrible eyesight and would be thrilled if everything could be seen/interfaced on bigger display.

If you are using a pc you can cast to your pc using Airserver which I use for sharing my iPad screen on zoom, really useful as there is no native sharing from iPad to pc
