Has anyone successfully used nomad to design and sculpt a face replacement stop motion puppet?
If it’s been done, it hasn’t surfaced online through the regular platforms people normally upload their Nomad work - but you could definitely use Nomad for that design specific task.
I would suggest layers for each expression. May be you need in betweens later, with layers no prob.
I will start experimenting. Maybe I’ll be the first?
This should be easily achievable using layers. I’ve experimented a lot with how layers can be used & have even worked on 4 different faces that use exactly the same starting sphere, with all sculpting work done on layers. This would allow the layers to be used as morph targets in animation software.
I’d love to see what you come up with.
