(Solved )The move tool works on the whole part even with the mask

I am not sure whether it’s a bug…

But when I use the mask tool, the black place should be protected and do not move, right?
The white part changes but black not.

However, when I use the move tool, the whole part moves. I thought it should be only move the white part.

I want to know if its a bug or just a misunderstanding of the function…

I guess you have accidentally switched “Transform operation” from vertex to object mode.
Activate “Auto” and Nomad won’t fail.

Anyway, in a few cases, you’ll love that there is an object mode as well.

I am quite sure that this is the solution and no bug.
