Not necessarily.
I got back to my eye sculpt and overworked the iris.
91k same or even better result.
Wow, its sculpt ???
Yey I manage to make one. And low poly too though you also succeeded with low poly. But still not as good as you. Your more real
Yes
@Dface_Lesh
I guess it’s just a question of paint, AO and light.
But I guess your Iris is a bit big.
Well I don’t use any light But my bad habit using multiple layers, each time I add something I add layer.
(which make one of my model stuck and cannot be open)
I’m using 5 layers
And yeah I think so since I’m clueless how big iris is compare to the white.
What is AO anyway?
Ambient Occlusion in Post effects.
If I remember correctly from some high school art class decades ago, it’s roughly 1/3.
Also, if you turn both the roughness and metalness sliders all the way up, you get a really good black for the pupil that reflects pretty much nothing.
All of you
I learn a lot from you all.
Thanks
I see 1/3 Thank You for the info.
And as for pupils I did give all metal and roughness. But thank you for remind me about it.

I like how you make the surface so clean with many shape
Thank you. Still fighting for optimised way in Nomad.
This guy has less than 1Mill polys, but I still wasted quite a lot.
Some improvements on my HyderaBot. Still need to redo the turban. Too much noise. And posing. This gonna be fun! Learned a lot about Nomad tool set.
The color seems not match for me
Haha - I was fiddling quite a bit. It’s just temporary. Colors are not finished.
Plan is to end in a colourful Bollywood scene.
This is very nice!
Impressive to see hardsurface done like that in Nomad.
Thank you, Stephomi, thanks for Nomad.
Never used this properly in zBrush
Nomad is way too much fun.
Primitives first than project whenever possible. Followed by split & trim. Voxel remesh often mandatory for very clean mesh with the cost of sharp edges.
Pinch & smooth are most used brushes.
