There are a number of files that don’t open. Do you want me to send one?

Attached are a couple of the models that are crashing when I try to open them in Nomad 2.9. These files were opening and working fine before the update.

Thanks I got the email and the fix.
Until try to disable “instanced repeat draw” in Debug menu load one of these projects to see if it works.
For the file sizes, I have no idea what you mean by that. Maybe disable history saving.
I am still having trouble loading certain files in Nomad. The app continues to crash even after disabling Instanced Repeat Draw, and the issue occurs both when opening files directly and when importing them.
In regards to the file sizes, for a file that opens successfully, I am unable to turn off the history (currently [file: 260MB + history: 256MB = 517MB]). However, when I import that same file as a new project, the history is removed, bringing the total size down to 260MB. Please see the attached screenshots for reference.
Could you please advise on how to resolve the crashing issue and properly disable or clear the history size?
Best regards,
Ron Kohudic
Are you sure the option was disabled?
Because this option is not saved so if you quit/crash Nomad and restart it’s back ON.
For history, simply go in history menu and set “Off”, resave the project then. (you can delete history by long press a state in the history).
Oh, I got it now. Thank you for all your help. I appreciate it.
