I switched from a older Samsung device over to the new Lenovo.
When I search for Nomad Sculpt in the app store, it will not show. Via the link from the website for Google Play Store, The App shows, but give the message: “This App is not compatible for your device.”
I know this is not really a bug, but is there a chance to make Nomad sculpt compatible with the Lenovo Legion y900 2026?
There is also a significant inconsistency in the report: Lenovo’s official TB522FU listing says Android 16, while the forum post says Android 13. That could simply be a reporting mistake. If the unit genuinely identifies itself as Android 13, however, it likely has an unusual prerelease, reseller-modified, or incorrectly identified firmware build, which would make a Google Play catalog or certification mismatch more plausible.
I’m sorry. It is Android 16 on the Lenovo legion. It was a typing error from my side (Auto correction from gboard) I did not noticed, when I posted it.
Honestly no idea but I don’t think the issue is on my side.
Note that Nomad isn’t compatible with 32 bits on Android.
Lenovo (like any modern device) runs on 64 bits chips, but technically it could run on a 32 bits version of Android.
Honestly I don’t think that’s the case here, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
Make sure Google Play is up-to-date.
Every other apps is working?
Don’t know if you changed something on your end or maybe the google servers where just slow with some certificates in the background.
But now the google play store showed me the app like normal and I was able to download it on my Lenovo Legion y900 13.
But non the less, thank you a lot for your quick replies and help.
Happy to have Nomad sculpt back and running, cause it is really one of the best apps for sculpting on the go, so far. Thanks for all the hard work and making that app.
It looks like, that the google play servers are a bit slow with completely certify a new device.
