Details in decent level good enough for close render since I plan to using it for fanart if need part of the house.
And below 500k poly.
Eeeee… this will be pain…. An seriously boring.lol

Current sit on 13k poly

Not sure if video works or not since in my iPad is working.lol

UPDATE
Dining room I want to add something else but I will let it be like that for now. (Around 5.3k)

This probably go overboard lol (1.8k)

Archviz in Nomad… Cool!

I like that you’re trying this Architectural stuff in Nomad - as an architect I’ve done several “sketch” designs of geometry layouts in Nomad & then taken them further in more usual software such as Revit. I’ve not actually thought of bringing my designs back into Nomad for presentation purposes, but it’d probably be a better iPad presentation tool than the usual flat rendering in Autodesk applications like A360 that I currently use. I look forward to seeing how this one comes out :+1:t2:

Thank You @Genko3D :pray:t2: :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank You @Bezzo, I’m sorry if boring word could offend you since you are an architect. But it’s challenging tbh, not easy being architect especially without proper knowledge. I need multiple reverence and move back and front to adjust the object. And I have only dummy human as comparison for the size.
And to prevent more adjustment for the building I decided to make each room complete first before make the whole house. Since yesterday I found that some object doesn’t perfectly fit with the room.

Yes I want and need to try. Since I want to focus make character literally I will need try to make different part. That just my simple thought. :slightly_smiling_face:

I agree using nomad is the right choice I believe. especially for client to look at. :+1:t2: :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank You @knacki
I’m not sure either perhaps @stephomi know about it?

Thank You :pray:t2: :slightly_smiling_face:

The way I build my models is the same as they are built in reality - floor / external walls / roof / doors & windows / internal walls / internal openings. Then you add fixtures / fittings / furnishings & further detail. Keep a hierarchy in your model by simple merging finished objects & name them accordingly (walls / floors and so on). Then you can easily isolate the building parts and hide them whilst you work on the interiors. Once we have parent-child grouping in Nomad, this will be much easier.

Nice arch work. :+1:t2:

I tried loading a house into a nomad in the early days. I haven’t tried any architecture work since the rendering updates.

Your architecture work has made me look into this again. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank You for the tips, and yes I was thought the same thing before. Make the whole house after that start filling with the interior.
And yes furniture can fill each room since in logic usually we buy furniture by measure the space of the room.
Yet since I’m targeting 500k or below too pretty much I think need do different approach so the house size follow the furniture size.so I could easy maintain the poly count. That’s was I thought

This something that we really need @stephomi

Double reply

Thank you @Adam
