Model Adjustments After UV-Unwrap Without Disturbing UV's

Hi Stephane, just a query for a possible future build; is it possible to implement this? I found myself recently having to use Blender’s sculpting tools to make subtle and very small adjustments to models - when I tried making these adjustments first in Nomad, even something like minority inflating a finger - the UV co-ordinates from the unwrap would go askew, texture maps no longer fit etc. after exporting back out.
