Toggling from Mask to Smooth doesn’t work properly.

How to replicate:
Using Viewport shortcuts:
- Select Mask
- Mask an area
- Select Smooth
The tool stays on Mask. To get it to Smooth, Mask has to be pressed twice (once to engage, once to disengage) then the Smooth tool can be turned on.
