Manual Updates, Posing Tutorial

Are there plans to update the online manual to 2+? I cannot find information about the new flask/filter operation that I see as an option with lots of options within itself.

Also, I would appreciate a tutorial (in the manual) about the workflow for using the relatively new posable meshes, e.g. pose, remesh???, extract clothing, etc. Looking at the hierarchical tree for the human meshes are quite overwhelming and in the limited space, half of the labels cannot even be read. Thank you.

Posing tool doesn’t exist - the mesh is an organised hierarchy and you can click & pose. Not sure why you’d need a tutorial for that, but google it, there are plenty around.

Yes, posing is easy (except the labels are so long making them unreadable). What I would like demonstrated or described are the next steps in the workflow. Once you’ve posed the base model, how do you clothe your figure, add hair, etc. Do you “simply” voxel mesh each part(s) and work with the other tools, e.g. extract mask, move, drag, add existing objects? At least I think that would be helpful for newbies.

Id say you don’t need to read the labels. Click to select and use gizmo to pose.
You can use facegroups to colour the shapes of the clothing that you will extract - use relax to sharpen the facegroup edges. Then click select to mask the coloured area and extract it to thickness. I use inflate brush to add some cloth shape and then crease / pinch to sharpen creases.
Repeat the facegroup painting to create more detail on the clothing and repeat the mask extraction…..depends what you want to create. Experiment.
Also……lots of tutorials on this subject already.
