Make transparency smooth and not dotty/pixely (NVM I figured that out, but now I have a different problem with topology that looks low)

Is there a way to make my low opacity or transparent shapes more smooth and less like it just has reduced number of opaque pixels? All the tutorials and examples are smooth and I can’t figure out what to do.

My example:

Update:
I don’t know what changed, but I put the same eye I was working with into another project and the problem went away. Is there still a formal setting I should be looking out for?

I am not talking about low voxel count by the way.

Update 2

Seconds later, I realize I am an idiot and had the silly transparency layer hidden and that was my problem the whole time🤦

Update 3:

Okay, I still don’t like how it looks low resolution, and increasing the vertices does not help, only manually smoothing it does. How can I smooth the entire thing at once? Paint all makes it opaque btw.

Me manually smoothing it:

It could be a couple of different things. The vertices count does affect the reflection of the environment map though. Try changing the environment image, or blurring it. Can you show an image of the wireframe for just the lens?

Painting the sphere shouldn’t make it opaque unless you don’t have the color at complete white and the roughness all the way down to zero.
