I bought PC license for two devices. I installed it on my laptop, but it won’t accept the license key on PC. Should I uninstall demo version first, or there is another problem?
No it’s a connection/internet/ssl problem, you are the third to have the issue.
- the first one restarted his computer and apparently it fixes the issue
- same for the second one and (turned off the secured vpn option)
I don’t exclude an issue with Nomad.exe but since it happens very rarely and often get fixed quickly I don’t have much information.
I’ve sent you an email with another version (more log output that could help me understand the issue).
Sadly, restarting didn’t work for me, nor new version. Same thing. And I don’t have secured VPN. I would like to know where to see log output so that I can send it to you, but I don’t.
I would really like it to have on both PC and laptop.

So far it seems to only happens on windows.

I tried to activate but could not. I don’t have an antivirus aside from Windows regular.
Should I disable everything while activation?
Yes try to disable proxy or defender to see if it changes something.
Also, make sure windows is up-to-date?
(if you don’t know how to use the command line, no need to bother for this part)
Through the command promp line you can also try this command

And I turned off Virus & threat protection, as well as Firewall, but still cannot activate 
I might have an idea, not sure if it’ll fix it but I’ll send you a build later.
