Hello, i’ve just recently purchased the full app on this website for my laptop to get the license key. But i haven’t received the key yet and i’m concerned, i’ve tried requesting a verification code via email 5 times now and still haven’t received anything yet.
Is there something i’m doing wrong or missing?
Maybe you input the wrong email address?
Send a message to support@nomadsculpt.com with your email and I’ll take a look if a “similar” email exists.
Otherwise if the email provider is not secured (does not support TSL, etc) the verification code will not arrived, but it usually only happens with old self-hosted mail.
