PC License Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with my license. I get the following error when opening Nomad Sculpt on PC: “detail: 525”

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Please let me know if you need anything else to resolve the issue.

On a side note: I tried emailing about the issue to the email on the website (contact@nomadsculpt.com) and received the following message back:

“Address not found
Your message wasn’t delivered to contact@nomadsculpt.com because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.”

Argh sorry about that (apparently issue with DENVER cloudflare center).
I’ll make it sure it at least trigger the grace period rather than block the app access..

Do you still have the issue, I think it’s mostly resolved?

No, it’s still not working. I just barely checked. I’m still getting the 525 error.

The contact@nomadsculpt.com email is on the website. Scroll down to the bottom and it it on the footer.

I am using the Windows version of nomad and I keep getting a 525 error when trying to open the program. I tried re entering my key and resetting my activations from the portal.

Indeed I updated the website today and the wrong email was shown, it’s fixed.

If someone else has the issue: best to no reset the activations and simply try again.
Or you can simply launch Nomad with no connection and it will launch correctly (starting the grace period).
If you reset the activation then you need access to the server to re-activate, and the offline tricks won’t work.

OK, I turned off my wifi and was able to connect with the 5 day grace period. Thank you.

Is there a timeframe I should wait before trying to re-active the license? Or just wait for the 5 day grace to run out and then try again?
