I purchased the desktop version of Nomad, but I have been unable to activate it. My computer is running Windows 11, and the key activation interface displays error code (-1). What is the reason for this?
Do you have internet access on your computer?
My computer has an active internet connection. I purchased the license here in China and have also tried switching to different versions of Nomad for activation, but I still cannot succeed.

I purchased it a few days ago and it also shows as offline today, with a 14 day grace period. I am also a Chinese user
Nah it’s different, the website is down. You’ll get the warning until it’s up again.

Thank you for your reply. I have purchased both the Android and Windows versions of the software. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if the Android version could also have a quadrilateral refactoring plugin. I really like your software. May I ask if HarmonyOS will release this software in the future

Android likely won’t get the quad remesher plugin, it’s not up to me but https://exoside.com/
As for HarmonyOS it’s not planned for now, maybe in the future (the app is already available through AppGallery though).
mine isnt working either it keeps coming up with a minus one error and iv only used the product key once

The website was down most of the day. I’ve now migrated to Cloudflare so in the long term it should be more stable.
Depending on where you live you can still hit the old CDN location.
