Is there a way to fill holes?

I have a few models with holes in them from when i used the trim tool and then accidentally sculpted and remeshed around them. Is there any efficient way to fill the holes other than sculpting a separate piece and using voxel mesh?

One way is trim tool + hole filling + front vertex only → then trim the hole from the front and back
The other way is, place e.g. new sphere in the hole → voxel remesh both meshes → then smooth it
