Is Nomad good for creating rooms?

I accidentally came across Nomad on YouTube and it looks like an amazingly full-featured program. I was just wondering if it would be useful for making simple rooms, that have doors, windows you can see through, etc. and then export it out to the renderer I use called Keyshot Pro. I guess, the main feature I would need is the ability to punch holes through primitives. I suspect I can do these things, but I just wanted to confirm it. Thanks.

With Nomad Sculpt it is possible to create rooms - but without measurements ! The app is rather meant for sculptures. But have a look at the video: Nomad Sculpt - Techniques 2 - CAD Series IV - YouTube

Punching holes in Nomad is a breeze! Check out Trim tool and voxel merge/boolean operations.
