one Question. Is NOMADE will (or already) benefit from the IOS 15 ram upgrade (on iPad M1 16G here)?

I believe so yes, an extra boost in memory across the board for M1 Pro’s - not 16GB specifically. Nomad can already handle 5.2GB of RAM, not sure what the allowance will be after the next update. You can keep tabs on pending features beforehand through the Change Log.
