How do I export so that I can post to social media?

I’m very new to Nomad Sculpt and I cannot figure out how to export my finished creation so that I can share it and post it to social media (mainly Instagram). Can someone help me understand how to do this?? Thanks!

  • File
    – Render
    —- Choose desired settings
    —-- Export PNG

Video:

  • Use app or device screen record function
    – (optional) Turnable
    —- Click Nomad icon in top corner
    —— Check Turntable box
