Workspaces would be a nice addition. Sets of tools to easily switch between for different phases of a sculpt. Maybe other settings too?
Global matcap, postprocess settings … anything else?

I registered here because wanted to suggest the same thing.
Rearranging tools is a great feature, and hiding the ones you don’nt use would be very good too.
