I am new to Nomad sculpt. I have created a head but when I try to create eyes, ie, sphere, and move it into position the gizmo moves everything and I can’t seem to unlock the new object from the original to work on it.
Pictures do wonders when asking for help 
But sounds like you have a parent/child relationship going on so that moving one moves anything below it.
