Depth map messy ugliness result

Hello.
So I am trying to get 3D models with image to depth map to 3D model, but I get this messy looking surface full of distortions instead of a clean surfaces.
I have seen youtube videos were people get 3D models that do not need to much cleaning or much extra work.
I want them for 3D printing.
Smoothing is not good, destroys a lot of details.
Trying to smooth it very carfully is to much work and zI then need to re do the lines also.

Wich setting do I need to tweek to get a 3D model that looks as close as the Image?

You didn’t say how you manage to get the depth map…
The depth map has quality issue, the input image should be high quality, it should be lossless like png, not jpg).
Unless there is some kind of AI de-banding thing.

Hello. I used two depth map makers. The tiled zoedepth v3, but it lacks details so I didn’t use it.
And the one I used is from depth-r.com That is the one I posted here.
Yes I used a PNG one. I converted the jpg. I posted here the jpg but used a png

This time I used the zoedepth with an added layer of normal image to add the details.
It improved a little I will play arround to try to improve it more.
I am going to try to upscale the image I am using now and use zoedepth agai to see if I can get a better result.
Is there a way to be able to use the soft, smooth tool to just smooth flat surfaces but not the deep creases?
