3 finger gestures not working

The 3 finger gestures aren’t doing anything on my Drawing Pad at the moment. I tried configuring them under bindings/gestures and none of the changes make a difference. I verified that all my 3 finger gestures are turned off for the android system as well.

It’s likely the issue, I’m confident multitouch works fine on almost every Android devices.

Maybe an option on the device?

I looked the thread and that seems to be exactly the problem. With a game manager app I can apparently add nomad to override the 3 finger tap screenshot. (Apparently even with it turned off it hogs it anyway unless there is an app to override it…)

The game manager however does not exist for magic drawing pad… Any chance this can turn into a feature request?

The 3 tap gesture to resize and rotate the light is huge :frowning:

I can’t do anything if the OS intercepts gestures.
I don’t know what a game manager app is.

Note that it’s technically 3 fingers drag.
The 3 fingers tap is for redo.

Double check in the Android settings if you can disable some os-level gesture.

Hey sorry yah I meant a drag not tap. I have checked the Android settings and turned off all three finger drag gestures unfortunately.

Based on what I read the 3 finger drag does not fully turn off on my device even when disabled in the android OS settings. There is some software command hogging the input but all 3 fingers are registering for sure as I turned on the developer option to view the touch point and everything registered within Nomad.

Game manager is just an app that Xiaomi devices has to add certain apps as a “game” and the game manager app has an override setting to shut out 3 finger drag screenshot command from the OS, that is why I thought it might be possible for Nomad Sculpt to have it as a feature.

It’s all good if you don’t think you can do anything about it, I thought I’d ask anyway. I have contacted xp-pen to see if they have a solution for this. Worst case I’ll just have to sculpt with a bluetooth keyboard.
