Why is this happens? Rebuild multires glitches.

Everytime when i’m trying to voxel remesh something like character head with “rebuild multires” function eyes, nose, mouth and ears collapses into itself like this. Am I doing something wrong?

Rebuild multires is meant to be used with high value of voxel resolution or with a small value of multires.

Basically it runs the voxel remesher at lower resolution, typically 37 (148/4) in your example.
And afterwards it subdivides the mesh and reprojects it on the original object.

With complex geometry, low voxel resolution and many multires level it will likely fail.
