Why does my move tool and drga tool only move the visible surface ? I cant sculp because everytime i try to move or drag, my model will break

I have no solution. The Move tool feels different. Before it would stretch out in a smooth way around the circle like pulling softly around the edges. Now it almost like it separates the polygons where the circle ends in a hard line. To me it was better before. Unless it is hard surface modelling. The radius for the Move tool at the top menu. Or the Falloff. Did not work for me either.
