What do I do with these weird lines

I used the trim tool to make a curve, but they’ve left these weird misshapen voxels that won’t smooth out even though I’ve used the voxel remesher around a million times

Try to make a polygroup and smooth group borders.

The ‘trim tool’ in voxel-based modeling software is used to cut or shape geometry by removing parts of the mesh, often leaving behind irregular or misshapen voxels—especially along curved or complex edges. These artifacts can persist even after using a voxel remesher because the remesher may not fully resolve topology issues created by aggressive trimming. To fix this, try adjusting the trim tool’s settings (like resolution or smoothing), manually clean up the affected areas with sculpting tools, or re-mesh using a higher resolution or different algorithm. Sometimes, rebuilding the curve from scratch with cleaner topology yields better results.
