Split Mesh along symmetry Plane

It would be handy if you could split the mesh at the active symmetry axis.
Unfortunately, the Trim or Split tool does not automatically snap to the center, so you can’t split the mesh exactly in the middle.

Snap to grid would be the optimum and most flexible solution. Upcoming grid will have center line.

But no snap option… yes, snap to grid would be great.
