It’s simple.
I use Infinite painter.
One white circle shape with lasso fill. ( check 2D grid for centre point)
Next layer black circle.
Next layer white circle.
Now you can freely transform and export to png each time you like it.
Be aware, it can get addictive!
Sculpt structure on one layer one complete mesh without lifting pencil and use delayer brush later for lights is interesting as well.
