The color seems not match for me
Haha - I was fiddling quite a bit. It’s just temporary. Colors are not finished.
Plan is to end in a colourful Bollywood scene.
This is very nice!
Impressive to see hardsurface done like that in Nomad.
Thank you, Stephomi, thanks for Nomad.
Never used this properly in zBrush Nomad is way too much fun.
Primitives first than project whenever possible. Followed by split & trim. Voxel remesh often mandatory for very clean mesh with the cost of sharp edges.
Pinch & smooth are most used brushes.
Finally
The HYDERABOT
I worked once for a show in Hyderabad, India ages ago.
One song was something like:
Your city,
My city,
Our city,
We love you Hyyyderabad.
Having fun with new tube tools and self painted Matcap.
Edit:
Just some more tweaking. I love this bronze shit so much.
It would be lovely to share all render settings including Matcap with one tap.
And it would be cool to have sides option for lathe and tube to create a five sided rotary body I.e.
Edit:
More Matcaps and experiments. What’s your fav? 1,2,3 or 4 from left to right.
Nice work man! I’m liking the aged patina effect of number 1. I’m loving the new tube tools too - really good for rigging a basic armature for sculpting over. If we get the ability to control the tube cross section & thickness along their length then Nomad will be even more of a powerhouse for character sculpting.
Thank you Bezzo.
Today, I saw the African mask of @Costorella_Stefano
Check it out! It‘s nice. African Mask
We talked about feathers and I thought I should give it a try with new tube tools. Not perfect, maybe just a quarter or less of hairs. But the look is quite convincing.
Wow it’s look realistic, good job
That’s amazing. I’m speachless. Just wow
Its remind me « bouriquet in french » Eeyore in english from winnie the pooh
Man you are the master of Nomad! amazing work!
This is very kind. I guess a real master have to recognise that he have to learn as much as he can everyday. In this way you are wright.
Thank you
One older comic test. Self made Matcap + some rake sculpting for hatching.
The only way I found to make good looking hatching possible without UVs.
With curvature only
Waugh that’s nice. I need to try that. Is it complex to create matcaps?
Nice illustrations.
As you said no matter how far down the road you are everyone can learn something new.
If you have an art app then you can make your own. The ones I usually creat are a 500 x 500 image with a circle touching the edges. I use layers for highlights and dark shaded areas. It’s easier to make changes if you have light and dark areas on separate layers. Just have a look at a few online and play around with your own.
