Which settings are you wanting to save? You can save tube profiles and use them whenever you want:
I guess it’s also about saving the settings, such as divisions / post subdivision / hole on/off etc.
and of course the profile.
I’ve often wished for that too.
So that you can save a NEW tube tool with e.g. open flat profile with division x=1 — save as : Flat Band Tube Tool
Unfortunately it doesn’t work, you can only save individual tubes as a seperate project and then add them with add to scene.
