How do you save a Tube > Profile Preset (B-Spline)

Please can you tell me how I can save my Profile Preset when using the Tube Tool? I can create a shape in the B-Spline Menu but can’t figure out how to save save it as a preset, so that I can use it in future projects.

I can’t select the preset tab nor the Calmull-Rom Tab. Any idea of why this is anyone?

I was able to click the Preset tab only after I selected to Gizmo tool.

Above the drawing area there is the preset tab next to catmull-Rom. Click “new”
