Reference image affected by post fx - maybe toggle to not use post FX settings?

started refining a project this weekend and placed my concept art in the image to tune colors / contrast.

i noticed that if i change the post fx at all it is screenspace and affects the reference image. so tough to match them as the postfx modifies the original reference image.

is it possible to render that on top of the FX?.

The simplest you can do is simply use the opacity slider in the background menu, make it fully opaque.

I won’t do the “exclude background from postprocesses”, it’s something that I did in Sketchfab and it’s a pain to maintain (while keeping relatively good performance).
