Hello, there may not be a way but I’m trying to basically ‘lay’ and object on top of another so that the top object won’t go through the underneath object. Think laying a sheet on top of a chair. I want to be able to lay a plane on top of a sphere and sculpt the plane section on top of the sphere without effecting the sphere (to make a ghost)
Create a ball, then create a cylinder. Pull the cylinder down. Voxel remesh and mask extract.

You can project the plane to deform into the sphere, but you may as well start the sculot with a sphere in that case & trim the bottom part - I guess this is some sort of scoobydoo Halloween ghost?
