How to fix this model for print?

So I bought and downloaded this model, and am having issues with brown parts. How can I fix the model for printing? I’d like just the shell of the car. I’ve tried voxel remeshing but it just fills everything in… which is not what I want. Any and all help appreciated. Thank you for your time!

Have you tried a negative mask extract so it isn’t a single polygon thick?

How do I do that? Sorry, I’m still not very good at this app. Thank you.

Mask the entire mesh, go to mask settings, change height slider down to a negative number, and hit extract.
