I’d love a seamless way to transfer files to and from desktop and iPad, like Zbrush has. I’d settle for both devices being on the same network, but something cloud based would be spectacular.

You can change the main Nomad Folder to Icloud - on all devices.
So everything is sync. Maybe this helps.
