Empty inner after extracted masked area

Hi ,
Anyone knows why the part that extracted is empty inside??
I tried to use the ‘close hole’ fuction ,but is not working.
Need help here , i am newbie in 3d, 1st time sculp using nomad.

Can you post screenshots of the before/after and anything else that may be helpful. It’s hard to give help when we can see what’s going on.
