Did posing and made Bottom wear for my man.
Wil be working on refining the upper body pose more and will be adding clothes.

Interesting, i have question, how can I better my sculpt because I don’t know how i sculpt head or leg or part of character?
If you want to do it from scratch in nomad only…
You will have to watch tutorials on particular part of a body and practice on it regularly …
There is a way , some artists use Base body mesh to start making their desired character…
No wonder your sculpt it’s very low poly for all body part including head 
Yess! But , final finished work will be with increased poly count…my focus making semi realistic stylized…
I will increase the poly count as per requirement
Well true it will increase since the body is not the main idea. The important part is the costume it self. Since you make fantasy character.
You can add more details for face or other part that need, using dynamic topology.
But I’m not sure will it work or not, dynamic topology with low poly base mesh, since i made my model from scratch.
But I’m guessing you know more than me about low poly base.

“Shiva Otsutsuki” anime character concept
Took the reference from both Naruto anime’s Otsutsuki Clan and Indian God of Destruction “Shiva”
He is the Leader of Otsutsuki Clan’s last 6 surviving members including
Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Kinshiki Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki
Isshiki Otsutsuki
Urashiki Otsutsuki
“One unknown Otsutsuki”(yet to appear)
These 6 members under the leadership of Shiva Otsutsuki.
Travel in the universe in search of a planet to plant a divine tree and extract the Chakra Fruit by devouring the Planet completely.
They have been doing this from millennium,devoured the countless planets and stars to keep evolving.
Shiva Otsutsuki has the Third eye (Rinnegan)
And one Rinnegan on this left palm ,
He has 3 horizontal lines which shows his power and identity , in hindu myth it is called “Pattai”
Which can do both absorbing and Realising the jutsu with greater power.
He has black markings on this face, neck , chest hands and legs…
He wears a black bottom and has the chakra rob with “Pattai” showing his identity and power.
He has Trident has his primary weapon.
Which is strong enough to kill anyone if get hit by it… he created his trident from time space.
He has Massive raw power similar to momoshiki…has brute physical strength like isshiki.
He is the strongest Otsutsuki in the all surviving members of the Otsutsuki clan.
