Button to import brushes

I no longer have access to the Android DATA folder, so I can no longer import or export brushes. If at the end of the brush list there was a “+” button to add a brush, it would solve the problem.

I’m not sure if it works with version 1.90 - but it certainly works with version 1.91 - drag & drop brush json in the viewport and then the brush is added to the tools.
With the upcoming version you can also choose the directory / folder where the files are saved.

I didn’t even know this was possible on Android, but it didn’t work anyway. I’m using 1.90. I hope this update resolves this issue. More advanced Androids block access to the ‘data’ and ‘obb’ folders

You can’t drag n drop on Android.
But the « Import » button inthe Files menu will accept every asset typed.

Otherwise try this app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mi.android.globalFileexplorer

the ‘import’ button does not add the brush in “.json” format. and this file manager that you sent, I just tested it but it doesn’t work because the most current Androids try as much as possible to block access to the DATA folder by the user, claiming it is for our security.

“will” as in “next version of Nomad” (1.91)

is it open beta? id like to beta test

well then do…

The link to the web-Version is easily found by google. And how to become a beta tester on iOS you should know. I’m on Android - we don’t have such an option. But we - for normal only press beta tester button.

i cant, if i cant find it to dowload… that is why i asked if it was open beta

dont know why you are so snarky i simply asked a question… i too am on android and also have used google

Just a google search:

like how should i have known to search for “nomad webassembly”? you could have just provided a link in the first place instead of being rude… but thanks nonetheless

You could simply use: “Nomad sculpt demo” on google search. → 1st result.

but - nevertheless. You have it. Have fun with it.

Remember: it’s a demo, so: no save.
It will also work on Android browsers, and some browsers have limited features (e.g. no pen buttons)

common sense would tell people to google “nomad sculpt beta 1.91download” which i did, and found nothing… no normal train of thought would have said to search for a demo… … you really dont have to be so rude all the time, every response has had some toxicity to it. If you dont want to help people then ignore them and let those who do want to help step forward

OK - you will not receive any responses any more from me.

I’m sorry, if you felt offended by me trying to help you - I’m not English by mother tongue.

Hope you can still enjoy the software.
Farewell
